While respecting the original XVIII century structure of the house, we created 2 spacious studios and 4 large one bedroom high-ceiling apartments spread over the 1st and 2nd floor of our home, all with private en suite bathroom and hot/cold air conditioning. We lovingly restored all original arquitectural features, such as the antique floors and window shutters, selecting eclectic contemporary furniture and decor, to make each apartment different and unique while striking a welcoming balance between original splendour and contemporary comforts. All our apartments are fully insulated from heat/cold and outside noise.
1 Bedroom Apartments
Apartments 2 & 5:
45m2 one-bedroom apartments, with a glassed-in balcony overlooking the garden square with spectacular port and sea views. Fully air-conditioned, each is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and en-suite bathroom with a three-headed rain shower. These apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests, with two sleeping on a very comfortable 160x 200 sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 top quality bed.
Apartment 2 and 5 are pretty identical. The only difference is the ceiling height 3.3mt for Apt. 2 (on 1st floor) vs. 4.3 mt for Apt. 5 (on 2nd floor), and the wooden shutters, which are different type/age.

Studio Apartments
Apartments 1 & 4:
37m2 studios for maximum of 2 guests, with two French doors and a little glassed-in balcony overlooking the Plaza and with spectacular port and sea views. Fully air-conditioned, each studio is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and en-suite bathroom with a three-headed rain shower. Features a180x200 top quality bed.
Apt 1 and 4 are identical in shape and very similar in decor. Apart from ceiling height between 1st floor (Apt. 1) and 2nd floor (Apt 4.), the only difference is the floor tile color and the sofa color (green in Apt 4, vs orange in Apt 1). The floor in Apt 1 is the same type of tile as in Apt. 4 but on a yellow color scheme.
