Our one week painting holidays in Spain take place in the historic Andalusian city of  Cádiz. The workshops are designed for all levels of artists, from pure beginners to the most experienced plein air artists.

  • Stay in a beautifully restored guest house in the historic center featuring stylishly appointed private apartments for our group
  • Sketch with a Diane Olivier each morning, and then have your afternoons free to go exploring.  The group will come together for a show-and-tell each evening at our hotel with your sketchbooks
  • Capture the seaside city of Cádiz, one of Spain’s hidden gems, featuring historic architecture, charming small squares and grand plazas, beautiful beaches and ocean promenades surrounding the city
  • Enjoy great tapas bars within an enchanting old town.  Breakfast at a local cafe next to hotel included
  • Group reviews daily and potential to attend a sketch meetup with the Urban Sketchers of Cadiz group.

"What a well organized trip and outstanding workshop. We have became accustomed to that by now! Thank you for the freedom and excellent tuition."

"Thank you Kate for your wonderful organization of our well being for the entire plein air painting holiday. The hotel was absolutely marvelous and the food every night couldn’t have been better.  Thank you Tom for your plein air painting workshop which was instructional and enjoyable. We don’t have opportunity to do that in HK and certainly gained much from your help."
