  • Join Laurie Wigham aboard a beautifully restored wooden Turkish "gulet" schooner, for a week of sketching while cruising the Dalmatian Islands. Excursions to islands for sketching and lunches and back on board for sunset gourmet dinners.
  • Add on a 5 night/4 day intensive sketching workshop in Rovinj,  "The Pearl of the Adriatic".  Stay in the historic old town and have afternoons and evenings free to explore this amazingly picturesque fishing village built by the Venetians from across the Adriatic.
  • Sign up for one, or both adventures!  The ay 24 - 31 cruise starts in Split and finishes in Split, so if you choose to book both trips, you will have three days to get to Split from Rovinj for a Welcome Wine & Cheese reception on board the boat at 5 pm on May 17.
  • Enjoy delicious Croatian meals.  Croatian cuisine is a mixture of Mediterranean (Italian) and Eastern European food.  There are strong Italian influences along the coast – with plenty of fresh fish and seafood.  Istria, where Rovinj is located, is known for world class olive oil, wine & truffles.

"What a well organized trip and outstanding workshop. We have became accustomed to that by now! Thank you for the freedom and excellent tuition."

"I learned so much from you about drawing and creating pastels. I really love them and plan to do a lot more!  Thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge about making art with me. You are such an excellent teacher and your work is such an inspiration! Plus the villa was such a great place, and it was really grand to be able to hang out with old friends and make new ones."
